At Mate Babita Nilesh, we strive to deliver your exquisite jewelry pieces as quickly and safely as possible.

• Free standard delivery on all orders over 500 INR
• Standard delivery (5-7 business days): 40 INR
• Express delivery (2-3 business days): 70 INR
• Overnight delivery (1 business day): 120 INR

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Replacement Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ettora purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and replacement policy.

• 30-day return window from the date of delivery
• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging
• Free returns on all orders within India
• Refunds to be credited to the original payment method in 5–6 business days
• Replacements will be processed and shipped within 5–6 business days after inspection

How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

1. Log in to your Ettora account
2. Navigate to your Order History and select the item you wish to return or replace.
3. Fill out the Return/Replacement Form and choose your preferred refund or replacement option
4. Print the prepaid return shipping label provided.
5. Pack the item securely and affix the return label to the package.
6. Drop off the package at your nearest post office, or schedule a pickup through our logistics partner.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–6 business days.
